01 — Context

Why this programme exists.

RAMP exists because Indian MSMEs generate a large share of employment and a small share of productivity growth, and the gap is substantially about technology adoption. A twenty-person manufacturer knows its scheduling is broken; it does not have anyone who can evaluate a system, run a migration, or train the floor on it.

LARE works at that scale. Engagements are short, specific and sized to what a small business can absorb — an assessment, one bottleneck removed, and the client's own staff trained to keep it running after we leave.

02 — Scope

What we deliver.

  1. 01

    Digital maturity assessment

    A structured, on-site diagnostic of current systems, processes and capability, producing a written report the business owns and can act on with or without us.

  2. 02

    Technology adoption support

    Selection, implementation and integration of systems sized to the business — usually ERP-lite, inventory, scheduling or basic analytics rather than a transformation programme.

  3. 03

    Workforce training

    Training for existing staff on the systems adopted, delivered in the local language and on the shop floor where the work happens.

  4. 04

    Cluster programmes

    Group interventions across an MSME cluster where businesses share a supply chain, so common problems are solved once.

  5. 05

    Outcome measurement

    Baseline and follow-up measurement against agreed indicators, reported into the RAMP framework.
