We write things down
Decisions, proposals, post-mortems and the reasoning behind them. It is slower in the moment and much faster over a year, and it means someone who joins in March can understand a decision made in January.
Careers
Everyone here touches delivery — engineers take drive-day rotations, trainers review product changes. It is the cheapest way we know to stop the product drifting from what the field actually needs.
01 — Open positions
Every listing states the experience band and whether it involves travel. We would rather filter honestly at the top of the funnel than waste your interview time.
Own significant surface area across LARE LMS and LARE Drive — from the assessment execution path to the institution-facing analytics layer.
Deliver cloud and DevOps programmes on campuses and at client sites, and help keep the curriculum honest against what the market is actually hiring for.
Run delivery and compliance for our CITD, RAMP and state skill mission engagements, where the reporting standard is as demanding as the delivery.
Build and hold the employer relationships that our drives depend on, and make sure what we train towards matches what those employers actually hire for.
Own the interface quality of both platforms — including accessibility, which is a requirement here rather than a backlog item.
A six-month paid internship on real product work, with a named reviewer and a shipped feature at the end of it.
Send a general application. We read all of them, and we have created roles for people who made a specific case for why they should exist.
General application02 — How we work
Including the parts that are genuinely hard. You should know them before you interview, not after you join.

Including with whoever is most senior in the room. What we ask is that you disagree with a reason and commit once the decision is made.
Government programmes involve real bureaucracy. Drive days are long. Campus travel is tiring. We would rather you know that at interview than discover it in month two.
03 — Benefits
Two days in office, three wherever you work best. Delivery and trainer roles travel, and we are upfront about how much.
An annual budget for courses, certification and conferences. We would look ridiculous not offering this.
Medical insurance covering you, your partner, children and parents.
Small teams, wide surface area. You will own something meaningful within your first quarter.
Leave is expected to be taken. Drive-day rotations are compensated with time back.
Engineers who want to train, trainers who want to build. Several people here have switched.
Apply to a specific role if one matches, or send a general application making the case for what you'd own.
