04 — Security & compliance
We hold student and candidate data, some of it about minors and much of it consequential. These are contract terms, not marketing claims.
All student and candidate data stored in Indian regions.
TLS 1.3 on the wire, AES-256 at rest.
Student, faculty, department, institution and admin scopes, separately auditable.
Every administrative action recorded with actor, timestamp and prior value.
Full export in open formats and deletion of our copy, written into the contract.
Candidate and proctoring data retained for an agreed period, then deleted.
We are not currently SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certified and do not claim to be. If your procurement requires it, tell us early — we will say honestly whether we can meet the timeline.
