01 — The role
What you'd do.
- Develop employer relationships across enterprise, MSME and startup segments
- Convert relationships into drives, and drives into repeat seasons
- Feed real hiring requirements back into curriculum and assessment design
- Work alongside placement cells at partner institutions
- Own conversion and satisfaction metrics for your accounts
What we need.
- Three or more years in recruitment, staffing or campus partnerships
- A track record of relationships that survived a bad quarter
- Willingness to say no to a drive that will not work for either side
