01 — The role
What you'd do.
- Own end-to-end delivery for assigned government programmes
- Maintain the documentation and audit trail public programmes require
- Coordinate trainers, centres and assessment schedules across districts
- Interface with departmental stakeholders and prepare milestone reporting
- Track outcomes against the programme framework and flag slippage early
What we need.
- Five or more years in programme or project management, ideally public-sector
- Direct experience with government reporting, milestone contracts or audit
- Comfort operating across field delivery and departmental stakeholders
- Fluency in English and Telugu or Hindi
