Senior Full-Stack Engineer

01 — The role

What you'd do.

Design and ship features across the Next.js frontend and FastAPI backend
Own the reliability of the assessment execution path during live drives
Work directly with institutions and recruiters to understand what breaks in the field
Review code and raise the bar on testing and observability
Take a rotation on drive-day support — everyone in engineering does

What we need.

Four or more years building and operating production web applications
Strong TypeScript/React and Python, and comfort owning both ends of a feature
Practical relational database skill — schema design, query performance, migrations
Experience with something that had to work under poor network conditions
Willingness to talk to users directly rather than through a product proxy

Useful, not required.

Worked on assessment, proctoring or ed-tech systems
Experience with containerised code execution sandboxes
Exposure to Indian higher-education or government delivery
