01 — The role
What you'd do.
- Design and build interface components across LMS and Drive
- Own accessibility conformance and keep the audit current
- Test on the hardware and networks our users actually have
- Maintain the design system and keep drift out of it
What we need.
- Two or more years building production interfaces in React
- Real WCAG knowledge — keyboard operation, screen readers, contrast
- Design sensibility strong enough to push back on a bad spec
